The church board is made up of a wide range of men who come together monthly to provide leadership to and set direction for the church.
The church board is chaired by the president, Eric John Scott and each member has responsibilty for specific ministries within the church as well as having overall responsibility for the general and legal affairs of the church.

The Pastoral Group are charged with shepherding the sheep of God's flock at Carrubbers. Their role in the church is largely concerned with the individuals who are members of Carrubbers.
They seek to lead, disciple and strengthen the church particularly through their oversight of the home groups within Carrubbers. Their meetings are led by the Senior Pastor, Wayne Sutton.
