A busy church like Carrubbers would not function without the dedication of
a number of people who have devoted themselves to work for the church in
a full-time (paid) capacity.
Each of the staff members fills a specific role
and uses their gifts accordingly.

Michael serves as the assistant pastor at Carrubbers. He comes to us from Texas via California. He was raised in a Christian home and by God's grace trusted Christ at a young age. He was trained at The Master's Seminary in California and moved to Edinburgh in 2004.
Michael's primary role at the church is leading our university student and young worker ministry, Index.
Michael is married to Emily and they have three children: Anna, Elijah, and Rosie. He enjoys running, old books, reading, Apple, playing guitar, and strategy games.
Andrew is originally from Dungannon, Northern Ireland, where he gave his life to Christ at a young age.
He came to Edinburgh to study in 1993 and that is when he had his first experience of Carrubbers, serving there in the music ministry and One Way Club. He then followed his career away from Edinburgh but came back to train for teaching in 1998. It was then that he met Carol and together they led the One Way Club ministry on Friday nights.
In 2004 they followed God's call on their lives and went to Mexico to serve as missionaries with OMS, working with social ministry projects, principally street kids and children's ministries. During this time Tabitha and Oscar were born and continue to make the Agnew house a noisy and fun place.
It is very exciting for them to be part of the work at Carrubbers again and serving with the Wallyford church plant.
