Exodus caters for young people aged 11 - 18. Primarily a social ministry, we meet every second Saturday evening thoughout the school term. Evenings are usually good fun, whether we are in Carrubbers doing 'Ready, Steady, Pudding!' or a simple games night with football, unihoc and some 'brain games' or sometimes we go for outings to Holyrood park, Ice Skating or Pizza Hut. At the end of each evening, we have a short epilogue, often with visiting speakers from within the church. One of the highlights of Exodus is our annual weekend away, which is usually held in September.
This ministry was started in 1995. It was set up for young people of High School age, and meets every second Saturday throughout the school term. We take a short break at Christmas, again at Easter and a longer break over the summer.
Each meeting, the teenagers are encouraged to bring along a friend, so that they too can experience the gospel and its principles.
Fellowship is also an important part of this ministry, with recreational outings and activities organised on a regular basis.
Exodus is organised by Drummond and Felicity Fyall and overseen by David Johnson .
