In normal circumstances, you can travel to Carrubbers using 'Find Us' instructions in the 'Contact' menu above.

'Open Streets' on 1st March 2020

This City of Edinburgh Council initiative creates pedestrian areas in the heart of the city on the first Sunday of the month. 

Please note that parking in the side streets adjoining the Royal Mile is suspended from 7 am and the Royal Mile will be closed to traffic from 11 am, reopening by 6 pm.  Public events will run in the street between noon and 5 pm.

If anyone requires Blue Badge or other urgent/ essential access between 11 and 6pm please get in touch with Open Streets as soon as possible; they operate an exceptions list for this which is held by barrier staff but they do need the reason, vehicle reg and timings in advance.
