How do I get there?

We would love everyone to be able to come so that means car sharing, offering lifts and so on. Primarily this will be through homegroups. You can also ask/offer to CarShare through EventBrite.

What’s the plan

10:30pm: Gather in and around the “party tent” shelter for a cuppa and tray bake (see map below)

Explore and enjoy the park

12:30pm: Lunch together and we’ll have a sing and share

More exploring and enjoying the park

4pm: Gather back together for final cuppa and thought.

How much is it?

Free!! There is no charge for parking or use of the park. You can buy a day pass to use the paid attractions such as boats, go karts and putting or pay individually for these (group discount available from ticket office). There are free attractions too, and no charge to walk and chat and enjoy fellowship with one another.

What is there to do?

The Craigtoun website lists the things that you can do at the park. We have a marquee where we can make tea and coffee. There is also a café in the park. We have lots of giant garden games too. We’d also love you to bring games to play and share with others.

What to bring?

Picnic lunch, traybake to share, blanket or chairs, games. If you want to bring a BBQ that’s fine too. Maybe see if others from your homegroup want to share it!
