The Christian life is a journey. Long before John Bunyan wrote the classic story "The Pilgrim's Progress" - the book of Exodus chronicled the pilgrimage of Israel. Like them, we have been saved out of the Land of Slavery (to sin, death and hell) and we're on the road to the Promised Land (heaven).

Although we're not there yet, instead we are passing through the wilderness of this world; we have found shelter under the blood of the Lamb (Jesus the true passover lamb), we are indwelt by God's Spirit (who no longer dwells in a tent but in our hearts), and we feed daily on the manna from heaven (God's Word).

This year as we prepare to move out of our building at 65 High Street and temporarily relocate to the Faith Mission during the Project 140 renovation; we're going to learn lessons for "Moving Out" from God's dealings with His people that He saved by His grace and for His glory before the nations.
