Foundations

Jesus said that anyone who hears His words, "and acts upon them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house upon a rock. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and burst against the house; and it did not fall, for it had been founded upon a rock." [Matthew 7.24-25]

Today is an age of compromise, the age of the 'quick fix' and instant gratification. The times of building and imparting strong foundational life principles seem long past. But Jesus' eternal words demonstrate the urgent necessity of building our lives upon the foundational truths contained in His word.

The Purpose

  1. to lay solid foundations for faith and life through a chronological, panoramic study of the basic and core principles of the Word of God.
  2. to strengthen Christians in the essential basics of biblical discipleship and witness by encouraging and equipping "each one to reach one - and each one to teach one" - 2 Timothy 2:2
